We recreated the high relief Skull, which was patterned after the ultra high relief Indian Head tribute, in a relief striking die. This allows for perfect fit of the Skull embossed into the Indian Head!

All of our art medals are hot struck in fine silver. This allows for the unique shape and surface textures indicative of this technique. Furthermore, the medals are antiqued and hand rubbed to give them an aged finish. All of these methods leave character in the medal, showing the nature of hand production, and small inclusions, rub marks, and staining should be regarded as such. We certainly look to produce a medal with exceptional eye appeal, so let us know if the medal you receive has distracting blemishes.
