Struck over a copper cent. The reverse die had a high area to help push a thin blank (or cent in this case) into the deep Mercury Head profile of the obverse.  The Lincoln Memorial is still strongly visible on the reverse so it’s difficult to make out the word in the recessed area. “OMAHA” sold or given away at the National Token and Medal show in 1999.
